Feature:
Lots of different kits avaiable and ability to tune the set to your specific needs.
Quality:
The product seems quite durable, all the parts that need to be metal for strength are. Does not feel cheaply made what so ever.
Value:
I am absoultey astounded at the quality of product I received for such a cheap price. I am already recommending it to a friend who’s looking for a set to give his father for a gift.
Desirability:
The design is actually very nice looking, the way the drums are set up as well as the symbols you feel as close to an acoustic set as you can get.
Sound:
The sound is absolutely amazing, as long as you plug it into a good system or a nive pair of head phones you will feel like you’re on acoustic drumset. It’s very responsive to every not hit. I’ll be replacing my subwoofer for this to get the full feeling of a kick drum.
Ease of Use:
The manual is clear, it’s very playable. The interface is pretty easy from the get go, even without reading the manual I was able to configure it to my needs having never used one.
Support:
Haven’t talked to support
Overall:
I forsee being very happy with this product for a long time. Couldn’t have gotten a better bang for the buck. If it were ever stolen I’m sure I would be replacing it with the same set. Works great for playing in my apartment when an acoustic set just wouldn’t be an option.

Feature:
quite okay!
Quality:
Not a professional quality product!
Value:
Save your money and buy a real professional recorder..not this one!!
Desirability:
I dont want this anymore! buy a one from me!
Sound:
I had earlier Fostex D-90 and this Alesis HD24 has no so good Ad/da-converters as fostex. The sound of this machince is too thin and not so dynamic..lower-sounds are also problem..it gives a cracked sound easily. I compare this like a low-cost soundcard! Is this made in china..it really sound’s like a low cost recorder. People are stupid cause they give a way their professional fostex recorders for free and i was one of those stupid person’s. I try to sell this unit away!
Ease of Use:
This machine is easy to use but its not important for me!
Support:
it is working!
Overall:
Iam dissapointed and difficoult to sell away!

Feature:
Great. Very easyo to work with and personalize/tweak.
Quality:
Alesis has yet to let me down with any studio equipment thus far.
Value:
Cheap, sturdy, reliable, and effective.
Desirability:
It balances perfectly the utiliterian and flash factors. Alot of cool lights and knobs, but they actually do things.
Sound:
Great for what I use it on. I only use the noise gate feature through my Boss ns-2 and a 5150 (I and II). It kills ALL of the unwanted noise and dead air while the Boss gets rid of feedback.
Overall:
havent dealt with too many others to call this the best yet.
