Quality:
Belt clip on the bodypack is junk…you have to duct tape it to keep it from springing off, then it works fine.

Value:
Great value for the money, but NOT a high-end wireless, of course.

Sound:
It sounds OK…not as good as the Shure 400 series rigs we use as primaries, but we got this as a backup unit, anyway.

Support:
Helpful; I called once.

Overall:
The ear buds provided with the product are JUNK. Unusable. Distortion abounds. If you use decent earbuds with this unit (Shure E3 or better, I use E5s), then the transmitter/receiver is serviceable. We use it as a backup unit…I cannot stress enough that you have to budget for a pair of Shure E3s or a pair of Ultimate Ears at minimum; the earbuds provided with the product really are unusable.

The chord is so short that you can’t lean forward, with the unit in your backpocket, or the earphones will be pulled out of your ears.

Value:
NO buy the shure unit, psm200

Sound:
If you play in anything more than a coffee shop then this product just isn’t loud enough.

Support:
I called with problems in the first system they sent me (I sent it back because there was no volume at all) and the CS person was rude to me and told me that I obviously didn’t know what I was doing. I do know what I am doing and there was no sound at all.
