Voodoo Lab Tremolo PedalThe Voodoo Lab Tremolo re-creates the buttery, seductive tone of a vintage tube amp tremolo. This is accomplished by using the same lamp and photocell assembly found in many popular vintage amps. This pedal also features a slope control which lets you adjust the feel from a traditional soothing tremolo to a hard ‘machine-gun’ stutter.

Feature:
Keep it simple… two big study knobs that can dial the exact swirl you desire.

Quality:
Perfection… I had to retun TWO Dunlop Stereo Chorus Univibes right out of the box.

Value:
$25 more for exactly what you’re looking for. Don’t try to save money with Dunlop.

Desirability:
It doesn’t look like the champ, but it is.

Sounds better than all the Dunlop current incarnations of the Univibe/Rotovibe.

I’ve called VooDoo Lab for other stuff and they’re very cool

Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive Overdrive PedalThe Voodoo Lab Sparkle Drive is an overdrive pedal featuring a unique ‘clean’ control. It’s overdrive circuit provides the same tone as a vintage ’808. Then the clean control blends back in a boosted direct signal. This restores the attack and feel which is lost in a highly compressed overdrive circuit.

Very easy to use. It’s very easy to fine tune the sound to the venue I’m doing or the different styles I may be doing that night. I love being able to mix the drive with a clean, (awesome feature) I also love the fact that it’s a TRUE bypass. Very, very important to me!

Quality:
So far so good……Solid.

Value:
Worth every penny.

Sound:
It does what I want it to do…..OVERDRIVE not overgain. Has great tone, especially hooked up with a compressor. I can get a nice saturated tube sound or a growling overdrive.

Ease of Use:

Support:
I think that what you hear on their soundbites is what you get. Haven’t had to deal with them directly.

Overall:
If your looking for a great drive, this is it. In my opinion worth a lot more than a lot of other pedals I’ve tried including the Ibanez, Radial and the other “boutique” pedals.

Feature:
This is my second Pedal Power the first works perfectly but I had to get the newer version (2) which has the Line 6 outlets. As I was picking up hum from the other power supply I was using to supply my Line 6 DL4 pedal. Now everything is perfect!

Quality:
Great Quality!

Value:
You get what you pay for and this is priced right! I would pay more if I had to. But if it were any cheaper it would not be of the same quality.

Desirability:
I wish it was smaller but if it were the quality would probably suffer.

Sound:
No Hum!

Ease of Use:
Plug and Play!

Support:
Great Company to do business with!

Overall:
I bought this twice the first version and now the (2) and if I have to I will buy it again. I was happy with the old model that was only 9 VDC and I am very happy to get rid of the hum that was being caused by my Line 6 DL4 modelers Line 6 power supply. My pedalboard consist of all Fulltone and Voodoo Lab Analog Pedals with the exception of the Line 6 DL4 at the end of the chain.

Voodoo Lab Superfuzz Fuzz PedalThe rare Jordan Electronics Bosstone (circa 1968) is considered by many to be the ultimate vintage fuzz. The Voodoo Lab Superfuzz starts with this classic fuzz design and adds unique tone and resonance circuits to create an amazing new array of fuzz tones. The tone control delivers a wide spectrum of midrange and bass timbres, everything from an extreme gain scooped tone through a raucous, bluesy, prominent mid voicing. The resonance control is a sub-harmonic booster that lets you add an aggressive bottom end not typically found on fuzz pedals. Attack varies the gain from rich and creamy to outrageous.

Overall:
I tested the Boss Fuzz along with the Voodoo Labs. The Voodoo Labs tone quality was much better. The Boss got very distorted very quickly especially when playing chords or double stops. As long as the guitar volume is high enough, this pedal gives what you want. The controls allow for various fuzz property levels. I play a Strat though a Marshall DSL 50 with a hot plate attenuator. This pedal gives that extras crunch and sizzle when you want it.
