Feature:
This design of this thing is curious. It isn’t as adjustable as I was led to believe. The isolation foam does not always stay in the position I bend it around the mic I’m using even with the knobs tightly engaged. Also, the mic stand they make you purchase with this is cheap. The glued piece that connects the boom to the stand broke right away as I was mounting my mic thing. I ended up using a PA speaker stand and it attached more easily and was stronger than the included mic stand.
Quality:
Not the quality I was expecting for more than $200.
Value:
This thing should be $75-$100 cheaper.
Overall:
I bought this to use for isolating vocals in my small, but way too echo-y project studio. I should have just built one myself.
Let’s get small – the Nano Patch is a super compact desktop sized passive volume attenuator. Building on the success of the original M-Patch and M-Patch 2 passive attenuators, the new Nano Patch enters the market as one of the smallest passive problem solvers on the market. A great way to passively attenuate stereo signals from soundcards, CD players, pre-amps, and mixers, the Nano Patch is designed to allow precise level adjustments to analog audio source material. Featuring balanced combo XLR/TRS input jacks and TRS outputs, mute switch, and a good sized rotary volume encoder, the Nano Patch is simply one of the most affordable improvements you could ever make to your studio.

Feature:
Well, you can connect two sets of active monitors to the M Patch, switch between these and also use both sets simultaneously. There also is a pair of stereo line-in´s to connect a seperate audio source, for example a CD or cassette player. There is a stereo/mono swith and also a mute button. There also is a headphone output with a seperate volume control.
Quality:
Good quality, yes there is a sturdy quality feel to this unit
Value:
Good value, you can´t get anything better for that price
Desirability:
I got it already, zZounds asks about Sex Appeal here, what a studid qusetion, we are talking about a piece of gear, not about Marylin Monroe
Sound:
The sound of this unit is crystal clear. The M Patch 2 is a passive monitor controller, so the sound going through the M Patch is not influenced by any electrics. This unit is for professional use. I can not say anything about the quality of the headphone output because I have never used the headphone out, for headphones I use a seperate headphone amp
Ease of Use:
How easy can it be. Read the owners manual
Support:
I do not know, did not need their support, and hope that I never will need it. So I give this a 5
Overall:
Overall ist a 10 – The Best

Feature:
Nothing special, it’s pretty much the bare essentials for a headphone amp.
Quality:
The jacks are terrible. They’re just slightly too small which makes it a real hassle plugging any headphones in. The connections are pretty bad as well. Until I take it apart and fix them I’ll have to jiggle the inserts to get a good connection.
Value:
It’s cheap and gets the job done. I don’t all together regret buying it but I would prefer to have a different product.
Sound:
Through great headphones it’s passable.
Ease of Use:
Nothing to mess around with, very simple. Plug it in and hook it up.
Overall:
If I can’t fix the connection problems I may consider a different product but it gets the job done for now.

Simple yet has all the necessary features
Sound:
For a nice rich sound, turn up the INPUT knob very high ~9, turn up COMPRESSION knob (to 5 for vocals and 10 for acoustic guitar), and then turn the OUTPUT down low to reduce the volume to the final desired level. This drives the tubes, compresses the signal and give a nice rich sound. Use equalizer to bring the mids down a bit and perhaps add some highs. Excellent EQ section! The signal path listed here gives a very rich/expensive sounding mix for reasonable prices: SM58 Mic (channel 1) Taylor 714CE (channel 2) into SM TB 202 preamp/compressor into Behringer Mixer into QMS Power Amp into Mackie Speakers.
