Feature:
Headphones are cheap. Better headphones would help solve volume problem by blocking more of the background room noise.

Quality:
Great construction, except for the string action is a little high up the neck. Easy adjustment by a guitar shop.

Value:
Very portable, materials are good. Maybe slightly overpiced (at $350), but I haven’t found any competing products.

Desirability:
Cool design. I’d buy it again.

Sound:
Headphone amp volume needs to go louder, but it is adequate if the room noise isn’t too loud. Peizo-electric pickup is good. Definitely a different sound dynamic than magnetic pickups.

Support:
No problem so far.

Feature:
It’s a great package. Good value. 2 different sounding pickups, acoustic stethoscope. Nice neck, reminds me of my Gibson.

Quality:
A professionally built guitar. Feels solid.

Value:
Great portable guitar despite its problems. I’ve played on the airplane. Nobody can hear over the ambient engine sound. Played in hotel rooms. It’s a good diversion while on business travel — stuck in a hotel room, don’t know anyone in the city. Get some good practice time. I like to use it with my Korg Pandora (headphone amp/effects unit). With enough distortion you can’t hear the poor tuning.

Sound:
Decent sound for its size.

Support:
Very friendly & pleasant customer service. They offered to fix the tuning problem for free, and even paid for the UPS service. Wow! Unfortunately, despite changing the tuning mechanisms, the guitar is still extremely difficult to tune. It holds its tune slightly longer now, but good luck if you want to adjust it.

Quality:
I think the product is made well but needs big improvement on the body. needs some color and liveliness.

Value:
the price is a little steep for the quality of this guitar. should be around the $300′s max.

Desirability:
It has a very modern design with a boring look and you cant mix the two. there sould be some different colors to choose from.

Sound:
sounds good with headphones but on an amp needs improvementalso needs some color to it.
