Feature:
i own the r-12 –and the front wheels are a disaster. They will not stay repaired and they are a pain in an other wise outstanding product

Quality:
this product is superior —–except for the front tires

Value:
it is a must have for the pro.It saves your back-your equipment —your energy–and your time

Desirability:
There is nothing cool about this thing. The cool part comes from the energy you save to make music instead of trips back to the parking lots –through guests ect.

Ease of Use:
this cart the -r12- will ride over anything —but the front wheels bind and you have to physically turn each wheel at time to get it to go in the direction you want. it folds down to a small foot print –ez to store—

Support:
i have dealt with them before and the staff is wonderful — but if you have a flat you gotta replace the whole front tire because these things wont fix. If you are a working musician you do not have time to wait for the mail to bring a spare. When i lose a tire —i use it in the 2 wheeler position, but that takes some getting used to.

Overall:
if it breaks or gets stolen and both have happened, i would buy another one, this cart will e-x-t-e-n-d your career and equipment—read —-s-a-v-e–y-o-u—m-o-n-e-y from wear & tear on you and your equipment.

Overall:
The unit (I bought an RnR 12) comes with the wheels needing to be mounted, the valve stems don’t have to be on the inside (why would anyone put them there?) but were short enough not to hit the frame as some have mentioned. Haven’t hauled any gear on it yet, but Most of my bands gear will fit on this thing at once and the pnuematic wheels seem up to the task of rough terrain. (Gig in 3 days so I’ll learn soon!)

Feature:
It’s the design. Great design. Very compact and portable when folded up. Easy to fold and unfold, and secure in either position. Great for moving heavy things like air-conditioners or 6-space racks up and down stairs (remember to strap the things on with a ratchet strap!). It has 1cm-wide holes through which you can thread rope to make it pullable like a wagon (Do this!). With the unit totally unfolded and expanded, you can carry 6 to 8 liquor boxes on it. As a platform cart, it really is better and easier to use than some commercial carts. Easy to maneuver.

Quality:
It’s made of strong square tube and rod steel. The wheels are plastic (and the bearings are just plastic on steel (sleeve bearings), but I’ve had no trouble with them. The two knobs used to tighten the cart after sliding it to be longer or shorter are plastic, molded onto hex-nuts. These knobs are cheap. After a while of tightening and loosening, they have cracked off. You’d think you’d need a wrench to tighten these nuts (without the knobs), but you really don’t. Finger-tight (wearing gloves) is almost good enough. That’s why I give it a 8.
