The unit is well put together.

Value:
For myself it was worth the price and then some.

Desirability:
Even a beginner can make cd’s that will turn their girlfriend’s girlfriend’s heads.

Sound:
Sound quality is exceptional.

Ease of Use:
Still learning, but beginning players will benefit from this unit as much as the experts.

Support:
Have never needed to contact anyone other than the user guide at this point, so can only say there is a lot of info and you just need to play with it.

Overall:
I have to say that the features and quality of this product, being the second multi-track that I have owned, make it worthy of a “10″ rating.

very sturdy and reliable, and also portable

definetly great for the price, worth the buy!

The interface is easy on the eye, but not sexy by any means…

Sound:
this interface is great… it comes with cubase le 4, which is good, it also comes with a mic… but the mic is not so great… i notice if i have it turned down, you can barely hear me, and when its to the max, the mic is distorted…. so definetly get a new mic

Ease of Use:
this interface is definetly very easy to use, and is not confusing…

Support:
i havn’t had any problems with this interface

Overall:
this product is great, definetly for first time users
