Feature:
The bass boost knob is a great to get the sound you are looking for. It is by far the loudest bass I have played due to this feature.

Quality:
Very durable. I am not easy on my equipment but this bass is hard to scratch and ding. Sounds the same everytime I play it.

Value:
For the price you won’t find a better bass. Like I said I have two other basses that cost up to three times the price of this bass and don’t play or sound as good.

Desirability:
Looks on this bass is plain and typical of most basses. But who cares it’s the sound that makes a bass not the look. If you are worried about how you look than you should be on runways not stages.

Sound:
I have had this model for about a year now and Ijust love it. I have two other basses that cost a lot more than this one but can’t compare to it’s sound.

Ease of Use:
Well Ibanez does claim to have the fastest necks and I feel they do. I have had no problems with dead spots and the sound has not diminished in any way over the year of abuse I give it.

Support:
I rated this a five as I don’t know as I have not had to deal with any support.

Overall:
I will have this bass for the rest of my life.

Feature:
A little on the simple side. Color could be more exciting. Strings could be a little better. Craftsmanship for the price is O.K.

Quality:
One cosmetic blemish with mine when arrived. Probably due to shipping. Perhaps if the box was labeled “FRAGILE” when shipped, they might not toss it around the way they do.

Value:
For the price this is a great little starter. I was between the Rogue and this one.

Desirability:
Again the color scheme could be a little more creative.

Sound:
Sound isn’t too bad. This is my first, but it seems to be O.K.

Overall:
I will probably be searching for better sound quality before stepping out in public. I have had my Dean for 3 weeks now and already I can tell that this is a beginner/practice piece. And I’m a beginner.:) Sometimes feel the sound is a little flat.

Feature:
The 3 band EQ rocks, the tuners are great, the smoke grey hardware looks great with the finish, and it comes factory equipped with Elixirs!

Quality:
Great craftsmanship, great tone woods, and great electronics. My only complaint here is it has a cheap looking plastic nut.

Value:
I used to be a die hard Fender fan, but Ibanez “converted” me with this bass. Finally, high end features for a mid-range price, lefties finally have a quality bass.

Sound:
This is the first bass I’ve ever bought with active electronics, and I have to say, I’ll never go back to passive pickups. The combination of pickups and woods on this bass is perfect; you get bright highs, punchy mids, and beautifully clear lows. Lastly, with the 3 band EQ, you can create pretty much any tone you want.

Ease of Use:
The controls have a great setup; it has volume, tone(shifts between the 2 pickups, and a low, mid and high boost/cut. This bass also has the best neck I’ve ever played on. It’s so thin and fast, my 5 string feels like a 4 string neck. The fret work extremely smooth and well-crafted.

Support:
Never really dealt with them…

Overall:
Like I’ve been saying, a solid bass for lefties (and all of you right handers, too) at a great price that plays like a dream. There is no competition.
