Quality:
It’s strongly built. No loose parts, it seems everything stays intact.
Value:
The price for this mic is reasonable. I honestly wouldn’t sell it for any higher or lower. Only because it doesn’t give a true professional sound. But overall it is a good mic for beginner producers/artists.
Sound:
The sound for this mic is so-so. If you have it in the right room, with the right sound absorbers, then you should be okay.
Ease of Use:
The only problem I had with this microphone, was if you got too loud the vocals would become distorted. In other words it’s very sensitive.
Support:
Nope, no problems with it.
Overall:
Recently, my playbacks after the recordings have been high pitched and distorted regardless of the tone of my voice. And I think that’s because of dust. So I would say, if this item is purchased, I’d cover it up with something when it is not in use.

I HAD PROBLEMS WITH BX8a’s and I have exchanged them 3 times with m-audio directly. Very very nice support there.
Overall:
By far the best mic I’ve own to date. I previously had M-Audio Luna, Rode NT1000, Rode NTK, AT4040, AT4033/CL. The 4033 was my best solid state one

Value:
I’ll be honest, this is a great mic, but it can be really expensive for starters.
Desirability:
The shape of the mic is unique.
Sound:
This mic is usually for instrument… but I used it for vocal and it captured the detail of my voice.
Ease of Use:
If you don’t know any basics in recording set-up… you might wanna ask an expert, internet, or just go to any music store that sells music stuff and ask them.

Feature:
One pattern, no low-cut filter. But the price makes up for the sound quality.
Quality:
The architecture of the mic itself with gold spluttered diaphram is exquisite. The qualiy of the shockmount is also great.
Value:
The manifacture and sound quality exceeds the price.
Sound:
Overall, you can say that this mic has a very natural response; both the dynamic and eq responses are close to flat and no frequency stands out. The self niose level however is terrific! It can’t be beaten! The cardiod response and low noise is handy for home recording applications with noisy ambiances.

Didn’t have to

Feature:
This mic definitely rates a 10 simply because of its unique features. there is absolutely no other mic with this many features. (The sE Electronics USB2200a comes close but their mic has no line/guitar input. They do, however, have USB noise supressers that eliminate the inherent USB 5v noise).
Quality:
Through the noise, the frequency response for the mic is okay. It lacks depth in the lower frequencies – almost as if a bass rolloff switch has been left on somewhere.
Value:
I guess it’s okay – as a curiosity item or toy. Absolutely not usable in a professional environment.
Desirability:
This mic needs to go back to the drawing board.
Sound:
Because this mic is so noisy (static & a high-pitched whine), it is unusable for anything othet than sound with high SPL’s such as drums. It’s useless for vocals, acoustic guitar, etc.
Ease of Use:
Piece of cake – if you remember what audio drivers your computer is using. I have Cubase/Nuendo/Sound Forge 9 so I use Asio4all as my main driver.
Support:
Can’t report on support yet. If Samson makes drivers that can somehow “condition” the USB line so its quiet, then the G-Track is a winner
Overall:
This mic is actually not a recommended buy unless you’re nly using it to specifically record instruments with loud SPL’s like drums where you can turn down the mic’s input and reduce the inherent USB noise.

Quality:
Uses the k47 capsule that the M49 and U47 used then.
Value:
Priced very fairly for this type of quality.
Sound:
The TLM49 is a little hyped in the 4k to 5khz range. If you got a good channel strip like an Avalon VT737 you’re going to be able to raise the 15khz (by about 3 db) to balance the mic out for some great vocal recordings.
The CAD U37 USB Condenser Microphone combines a high-quality large diaphragm condenser with USB connectivity. Feature:
The switches on the mic make it versatile to the user.
Quality:
I’m not planning on smashing this mic, but the only reason I rated this an 8, was because of its plastic.
Value:
You won’t find a USB mic this nice for a cheaper price.
Desirability:
Some may not like the tan color, but it matches with my table. The blue light matches with my laptop, but I’m not too picky on colors.
Sound:
Great for vocals. Not sure about instruments.
Ease of Use:
It’s really as easy as it sounds. Just plug and play.
Support:
Don’t take my word on this. Never needed support.
Overall:
Great mic for a great price. The sound is clear, and it’s extremely easy to use. Will buy more.
