Feature:
It needs less tension on the capo and a LOT more padding to keep from ruining your guitar neck.

Quality:
It is well made and easy to put on the guitar. Of course if you don’t mind the damage it does to the neck of the guitar it would be great.

Value:
It is over priced, I have now bought a cheap dunlop one that causes no damage.

Support:
I have not had any contact with them yet but I am sure going to tell them what there capo has done to my guitar.

Overall:
I would never buy another one of these capo’s again. It has ruined the neck of my new Martin guitar. I have indentations everywhere I have clamped this capo on the neck. It is easy to put on (if you are a weight lifter with a stong grip) but that is about all I can say positive about this thing. I am very upset about the damage to my guitar. Be careful and always inspect for damage each time you use it. I did not notice the damage until I had used it up to the 5th fret several times, but then it was to late and the damage is permentaly there.
