Feature:
would of gave it a 10 if it had an external power supply. But getting a carrying bag with it was a big plus used it the 2nd night I had it for toting it to the club

Quality:
Solid case and dials the sliders could use improvement

Value:
for an out of the box ready to play item this is great for the home studio and club as well great intregration

Desirability:
it is oh so shiny sexy

Sound:
vol sliders are very sensitive and at times can be bother some but that seemed to be only at home and plugged in through the RCA outputs the 1/4 seemes to work alot better

Ease of Use:
with the bundled version od vdj this thing was cake upgraded to the full version best dj software right up there with traktor

Support:
have not had any probs yet

Overall:
until it breaks or i die?.?

Desirability:
Was a good mixer to start with. I have since moved on to a higher level professional model, but they cost ALOT more. This unit was a great introductory unit which pulled its weight at several house parties using the supplied software. Had some good times with it.

Support:
I had an issue with my unit after about a year. Customer support from the US distributor was excellent. After going through troubleshooting with a tech, I was told to send the unit back for full replacement. This happened quickly and efficiently. Nice people to deal with.

Overall:
Great to learn to mix with. Very versatile when used with a software package such as Traktor or virtual DJ, etc. Keep in mind though that this is not an upper end piece of equipment. You may want to move up one day to something a little more solid (ie more metal) especially if you plan on gigging with it. Fills the gap though before oyu go spend $1000-$2000 for a high end mixer effects unit and then decide DJing isn’t for you. Good for making mixes to burn to CD too. Not to good for scratching with the dials.
