Ibanez CF7 Tone Lok Chorus Flanger PedalThe CF7 creates shimmering soundscapes, whooshing jet plane sounds, and contemporary “Korny” churps and blurbs. The schizo “Krazy” switch lets the CF7 be a conservative Dr. Jekyll with the “normal” mode (classic chorus and flanger), or you can turn pedal into the proverbial Mr. Hyde

User Reviews:
Feature:
Tons of features but would take a while to learn and set up for gigging.

Quality:
Seems a bit flimsey. Expression peddal cheap feeling.

Value:
A lot of effects for the money

Desirability:
I think I will pass on this one

Sound:
The wahs are very realistic however the expression peddal has very little travel and requires a light touch. I’m use to a Steve Via bad horsey and it is much easier to control. I did not like the flanger either. Very little control over how it sounded. To be fair, I only messed with it for 30 min. or so. Love my Distortion Factory and was a little disapointed with this one

Support:
I hope its good because its a digitech and we all know they break. Not a Boss!

Overall:
Its ok but it could have been great.

Feature:
Metal case made it rugged. Too bad it crapped out after 6 months’ use.

Quality:
The foot/select switches all loosened up after a few weeks’ use. Don’t know if I could trust this on the road. It died after 6 months’ use on local gigs, one night a week average.

Value:
Don’t know what else there is out there tha compares with it.

Desirability:
Practical. I wanted chorus, tremelo, vibrato, and leslie effect.

Sound:
Sounded great while it worked. I had formerly used an A/DA chorus pedal. This did a fair job of approximating the sound.

Support:
Haven’t tried yet.

Overall:
For now, I’ve gone back to my A/DA chorus which I have had for 22 years. It still works. I miss the vibrato and leslie, but I gotta have chorus.
