Yes, this product came with a padded cover, and rack screws. Everything works great for what I need.

Quality:
Overall this product does what its supposed to, a few places there are bumps and stuff like that in the plastic, but nothing to be concerned about.

Value:
For what I paid, the value of this exceds the price.

Desirability:
Seeing the specs and pictures of this product, it makes me really want it.

Ease of Use:
Super easy to mount everything, and the door on the back to get at the wires is perfect/

Overall:
SKB is a great company, everything they make is hard as a rock, and very easy to fix if broken (somehow).

Nice handles and lightweight. The rear access panel is too small. Cheap rack rails. Gauge of the plastic too thin.

Quality:
Access to the rear of the case is small which made it nearly impossible to connect most inputs and outputs to the rear of the mixer. Inside of case too cramped. Could not connect the cable on the bottom of the remote to the dual cd player because there is not enough room between the components. The molded plastic across the rear was slightly bowed when delivered.

Support:
Own some SKB products and haven’t had a problem with them until now.

Overall:
Not satisfied at all. SKB should be aware of these problems and redesign it. Would be nice if catalog item showed a rear view. The entire back of the case should be removable so you can get to connections to the mixer. Need more space between components.

I bought a pair of these, one for my studio and one for travelling. I made the decision on this case much too quickly based only on the fact that it looked like what I needed. Removeable front and back panels and removeable top all looked good.

Quality:
The case itself is sturdy so far and the handles are mounted well. The latch for the top on both cases was a little loose when I took them out of the box and the latch on the one I’ve taken out broke completely on the first time out. I used the top of the case for a stand for my Akai sampler and the top now sags down the middle, apparently cracked from having any weight placed on it.

Value:
Obviously, this review is based on the mobile aspect of the case (or lack thereof). I would say it would be much more worthwhile to spend a little more for a lighter SKB case or a sturdier RoadReady.

na

Support:
The one that isn’t moving from the studio is fine and the other one that goes on the road I’m going to replace with an SKB or a RoadReady. I don’t plan to get anything on them repaired or replaced because as studio only racks, they won’t need to be. With this in mind, I haven’t dealt with the company.

Overall:
I’m already looking for a replacement with SKB at the top of the list.

Quality:
The Dust cover does not fit over standard mixer control knobs. It is impossible to snap in place on all 4 corners. The terribly small back door does not fit properly once case is loaded. No place to mount patch panel in rear. The ABS constuction is so slick you can NOT stack and move it with other gear cases. There is no matching/stacking configuration with any other SKB cases. Screw holes in the plastic rack rail wear out, no metal support for your equipment. Irregular interior bottom.

Value:
Save your money till a better design appears.

Desirability:
You don’t want it.
