Sound:
I own 4 Denon dx 500 mixers. Only problem I had was the cue push button on one broke and I replaced it myself for 90 cents. Excellent sound quality. The faders are smooth and are of great quality. The faders can be changed by removing 2 screws. I just read the previous review by someone that had bad luck with the mixer, but remember there is always a chance you bought a damaged mixer. By my experience Denon is quality products! RJ
This analog/digital mixer gives plenty of reasons to make the switch to digital. Computer-based DJs want an alternate means to move digital audio “from” and “to” sound cards, while maintaining the utmost fidelity. The DNX900 offers 4 coaxial digital inputs with 24-bit digital processing and 2 digital outputs that feed a CD-R burner or computer for recording purposes with a unique Track Mark ID function! Rock-solid construction, superb audio fidelity, high quality parts and reliability are the core design ingredients.

This is a full-featured, rackmountable CD player with MP3 playback, programmable playback, unique playback capabilities, analog and digital outputs (coaxial) and a wide +/-12% pitch control. If you record CDs to cassette, you’ll love Auto Edit. This function automatically divides the total recorded time on the disc in half and rearranges the tracks so that they fit neatly onto the A and B sides of an audiocassette.

Feature:
The 6000 has so many features that i am still finding out featuresevery day! I just wish it had a little more effects (sonar etc.)
Quality:
In one sentence: the denon dnd-6000 is a tank. I am a mobile dj and I take it everywhere with me. It just can’t be destroyed. I like that.
Value:
It sure is! It costs something, but when you got this baby in your house, you feel like a god.
Desirability:
It statisfies pretty much, it has a sleek black look with a nice led display, and it gives a very professional look.
Sound:
The sound is just super, i never noticed any slips or anything.
Ease of Use:
The manual is very vlear, though even with using the manual this baby will have a long learning curve. Most buttons are double-featured (ex. pitch and keylock within the same button) which is a little anoyying sometimes.

Feature:
This unit is packed with features, from pitch control to instant looping. The only thing that I don’t like about the unit is that the jog wheel is little cheap, and there is a plastic disc in top of it and you can customize it until the dns100.
Quality:
you get what you pay for. If compared to cdj from pioneer then you can just throw this unit in the trash! Cheap looking platter, although it is touch sensitive, only the plastic part turns, and not the whole jog wheel it self.
Value:
I think you can get Pioneer cdj 200 for about the same price, although the cdj does support MIDI, and flash drive, but you can get quality, and nice features.
Desirability:
I had to return the product back to the shop, because I thought it was not worth the price!
Sound:
The sound is great, nice quality, it plays CDs, and mp3s in flash drive
Ease of Use:
It was little hard for me to understand the looping features, and how to connect it to PC using MIDI.Other than that pretty straight foward.
Support:
The only support I used was the Denon DN S1200 forums, which give you introductions on how to get a new firmware.
Overall:
It’s an okay unit, better than the previous version (denon dns1000) but there is room for improvements, the cue and play button is made from rubber, but the whole unit looks cheap, and easy to break. I say you can get quality for the same price or less.
