Quality:
Plastic case probably wouldn’t take a lot of beating on the road. Mine stays in the studio so that’s not a problem.

Desirability:
Glad I own it, but wouldn’t go out of my way to replace it if it broke

Sound:
It’s an interesting pedal. I use it on the fastest setting to create a sort of B3 type sound on my guitar. Virtually useless as a “regular” tremelo, as even the slowest setting is too fast

Overall:
I bought it because I needed a tremelo. I still need a tremelo, but this pedal doesn’t do that. I did gain a nifty little box that can create some interesting sounds though.

Danelectro DJ8 Hash Browns Flanger PedalReal 60′s “thumb on the tape reel” flange effects. Delightful!
Price: $29.95 Buy now!

User Reviews:
Feature:
The knobs are a little small, and the battery compartment is a hassle to get to in a hurry

Quality:
Wouldn’t want to take the plastic case on the road. Mine stays in the studio, so it’s okay

Value:
Compared to other Flangers? Not really. As a cheap backup or to thicken up another pedal? Certainly

Desirability:
Like the shape. I wish Danelectro had skipped the twee names for these pedals

Sound:
I love this pedal, although it’s closer to a chorus than a flanger. I would like to get a second one to try out the capacitor mod that is supposed to smooth out the sound. Sounds much better if combined with the danelectro chorus mini-pedal

Overall:
I have another flanger that is my main one, but I still pull this one out quite often. I’m glad I bought it, but not sure I’d replace it if it broke (unless I got a really good deal)

Danelectro DJ6 Pepperoni Phaser PedalBite into this 70′s classic! Rich and satisfying!

Danelectro DJ15 Chicken Salad Vibrato PedalChicken Salad has absolutely nothing to do with the classic 60′s swirling speaker effect this mini-pedal creates. Does that stop Danelectro Hell no.

Feature:
You can go from swoosh to drippy vibrato, pretty much a one (useful) sound box.

Quality:
Here is where it takes a hit – crappy plastic trash.

Value:
For the money it nails the vibe tone, but the parts won’t stand any abuse.

Desirability:
If you need a vibe tone and can’t lay out a hundred bucks, this is your boy –

Sound:
Here is where this unit gets its high marks. It nails the Univibe sound at a fraction of the price of VooDoo lab or any other Vibe clone out there. Set both knobs about 12:00 and tweak a little from there. Pure swoosh heaven

Support:
Non -existent. If it works -enjoy, if it doesn’t you didn’t spend a lot.

Danelectro DD1 Fab Tone Overdrive PedalOne of the best selling pedals in the world, the Danelectro Fab Tone, produces vintage distortion with incredible tonality. Feature:
includes plenty of control knobs but besides volume the sound is really effected yany of them

Quality:
one good thing its made really well stomp away!!

Desirability:
the pedal is finished well its just a pity it doesn’t sound as good as it looks

Sound:
the fab knob doesn’t seem to work even switched all the way down you still get loads of distortion plus the sound is very thin and trebley not bad for solo’s but thats about it

Overall:
at the moment im not using this pedal prob trade it in for something else

Danelectro DJC Mini-Effects 5-Pedal Carrying CaseNo need to go hungry for effects at your next gig. Now you can take your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack with you!

Feature:
Comes with everything you need.

Quality:
I have had no problems, but these are not boss pedals, so I think they need to be treated with a little TLC if you want them to last. But like I said, no problems so far, I have had them for a few years now and have giged out with them.

Value:
I think this is an excellent value. To get this many effects in one easy to carry box you would need to buy some kind of modelling device or multifx unit. Well, let me tell you something, if you are onstage you don’t have time for menus and presets, you need to be able to grab a knob and turn and know what the effect is going to be. These pedals can help you do that for a reasonable price. That’s my take and I am sticking with it!

Desirability:
It’s kind of cool in a cheasy sort of way.

Sound:
I love this thing! I like dano’s modulation effects a lot. For the price of ONE boutique chorus pedal you can have a flanger, phaser, chorus, univibe, and tremolo combination pedal with this board. No all of dano’s modulation effects are the best I have ever heard, but they get the job done, don’t cost a lot of money, are REAL analog pedals, and they do sound really good! The trem probably DOES sound as good as any other out there.

Support:
Don’t know.

Overall:
I am satisfied!

Danelectro DC1 Cool Cat Chorus PedalVintage chorus doesn’t get any better. Simulate spinning speaker effects when used at high speed setting. Thick, rich chorus. Rave reviews in all guitar magazines. A favorite of studio pros.

Feature:
I give it a 9 only becasue one of the 9 volts are very hard to remove.

Quality:
I bought this pedal in 1995-96 when they first came out and have played the same on since. I’m said to say that today 11-01-2007 my pedal has finally laid down. Not bad for 12 years…….It has handled many road trips and thousands of gigs. I think it was once even thrown across a bar and back and still worked fine. The minute you hold this thing you will understand about quality. I will be purchasing another with in a few days.

Value:
Hummm I’m no math wizard but let’s see 1995 I paid $80.00 I think $80.00 divided by 12 years is $6.67 per year or .02 cents a day….. WHAT DO YOU THINK….

Desirability:
the color and style is right on the money for any kind of music you play.

Sound:
This pedal time and time again out preforms any chours sound from any other pedal. I use it personally just for bass but many guitar players have borrowed it though-out the years.

Ease of Use:
two knobs….enough said

Support:
Back when this pedal came out I wrote the company a letter explaining that I use three of there pedals and wanted them to make a tuner that looked like the effects pedals. I received a t shirt for my idea and in a couple of months get a letter explaining they had produced some and I still use it today. That rocks

Overall:
Best peice of music equipment I have owned thus far

Danelectro DJ13 French Toast Octave and Distortion PedalAlmost an exact sound replica of the Foxx tone Machine of early 70′s fame. Butter and Syrup not included. Octave up effect can canceled via switch.

good… Tiny knobs though

Quality:
good enough for the price

Value:
still kinda pricy… 60euro’s

Desirability:
sexy…

Sound:
Good quality. For sure, i use mine through epiphone LP Junior and a Fender Performer 1000… I can get some sweet white-stripeish sounds… I just like it although it sucks as a distortion…

Support:
never needed it

Overall:
I’d kill the one who messes with my gear! Not kidding

Quality:
Good quality. I like the painting job

Value:
Versatility and value.

Desirability:
Good looking due to the funky design.

Sound:
Good sound. You must know it very vell to get its full potential. Great for slapback and experimental sounds.

Support:
The support sucks.Danelectro’s support is the worst. This is their only worthy item I have others that stink.Don’t ever buy their guitars, get a fender for the price!

Overall:
Buy it.

Feature:
Its 8 bands, you really dont need more than that. It is made of plastic but its bult solid. If you break it, you probably would have broke whatever you would have been using at the time.

Quality:
Made good. Sounds good. Take care of it and it will take care of you. Low noise when in use.

Value:
$29.00 cant beat that. It is a great value at the low price it goes for.

Desirability:
Its an EQ, its not sexy!!! You need an EQ to shape your sound not get layed.

Sound:
Sounds good…Why pay more for a diffrent brand name??? You can scoop the mids or crank up the treble. Its a pretty good boost.

Support:
No need for them yet.

Overall:
Very good. It gets the good done at a great price.
