User Reviews:
Feature:
Nice and light-weight, yet very sturdy and well-built.

Quality:
Very durable. Have not taken it on the road yet, but this cabinet will hold up. Sturdy metal grill to protect the speakers.

Value:
Great quality speaker cabinet, and great sound for the money.

Desirability:
This cabinet has cool Hartke stage presence. Nice design!

Sound:
Warm and sweet with clearly defined highs and mids. I stacked it on a Hartke VX115 cab connected to a Hartke 3500 amp. A perfect match. The 210 really complements the big bottom end of the 115.

Ease of Use:
No problem. Manuals give plenty of information on connecting, power rating, etc.

Support:
Have not had to contact them.

Overall:
This cabinet is very versatile – you can use it in a small venue or stack it with a 1×15 or 4×10 to get a bigger sound for outdoor or larger venues.

Feature:
I dont have a whole lot of experience with 410s, so i dont know what features other would have, so i cant rate it 10. It has great speakers and an extesnion jack. Handles are good, could be spring-loaded, but its light enough to carry upstairs by yourself. Pretty good features.

Quality:
I just love it. Quality, if you get it new, i’d rate a ten. But i got mine from a music store and somehow one part behind the grill was not covered.

Value:
Took my cash out of my pocket since you need to buy a head that can handle the power also. But solo, its not too bad. Its as good as any other XL and about one hundred dollars cheaper. Sweet!

Desirability:
It’s a 410, of course i want it. Rugged carpet covering is fine-thats the way a cab should look. Handles dont pertrude or anything. It all looks nice. It looks a lot better in person by the way. Look on hartkes website for the real picture.

Sound:
Wow, this is a great cab. The sound is all i could ask for. It can go just as low as some 115s out there. It has no tweeter but every high note ive played came out loud and clear. Mids are absolutely beautiful and the lows will shake the ground. It can handle the volumes also, so great cab.

Overall:
Its great. It can take the breath out of you if you carry it around too much on your own. However, it has about as much power and versatility as weight. Try it yourself. You’ll see.

Hartke VX215 Bass Cabinet (500 Watts, 2x15 in.)Two heavy-duty VX series 15 in. bass drivers deliver a truckload of pure bottom end and a super clear High Frequency horn adds some icing to all that bottom.

Quality:
Cheap materials, no caster, the grate cover part was all wonky and bent when I got it new. Don’t mess with Hartke.

Value:
I sent back the first one because it sounded so bad, and when the replacement came, it was a little better, but in my opinion, still sucked!

Desirability:
Don’t waste your time, I didn’t listen to the other review on here that suggested to use it as a coffee table…but now I whole-heartedly agree.

Sound:
This cab will not hold up in a loud gig without a mic. I was able to crank the mids and highs without problem but anything below my low Ab sounded terrible.

Support:
I tried calling Hartke and left messages and emails, which were never returned. According to their line, they were closed during their regular business hours.

Overall:
Save up a little money, get something higher quality.

Feature:
This has been used for CD’s and keys as well as bass. Beautiful full frequency response.

Quality:
Very solid. The massive magnets require that the cabinet be handled kindly, though. One speaker frame cracked on mine. The speaker mount screws should be examined for tightness occasionally. No buzzes, rattles, or the like.

Value:
Don’t really think there’s another cabinet that can compete.

Sound:
Very true sound. Amazin that it’s so small and handles smooth low B’s.

Support:
Replacement speaker is on the way. I ordered through a local retailer. Phoning company would be recommended. Haven’t yet had an email answered from yesterday.

Overall:
Would not hesitate to buy another. Actually, I’m considering it.

User Reviews:
Feature:
Having the two wheels on the side for moving and leaving the speaker flat on the floor for playing was a good idea but the handles are too low for moving. I have to stoop over to move the cabinet. As soon as I can I will put four wheels on the speaker.

Quality:
The 1/4 ” speaker input sometimes will not make good contact with the speaker plug.

Value:
This speaker is an excellent buy.

Sound:
The single 15″ speaker produces the type of sound I am looking for as I am not looking for too much treble and all the clatter and hiss that goes with it. I use this speaker with the B4500 amp.

Ease of Use:
The design suits my tastes very well. I was looking for a fundamental 15″ speaker and that is what I got.

Support:
I have not had to make any contact with the company.

Overall:
I expect the speaker to outlast the amp I use with this rig. I feel the paper cone speakers are more reliable than the aluminum cones.

A steal

Desirability:
I like tolex covering better than carpet. Best looking Cab available

Sound:
I bought a Eden RS410 to replace my svt15e. I put them side by side and tested them. I found the Ampeg 15 much much clearer than the RS410 by Eden. The Ampeg reproduced my basses sounds like the fret board the squeaking of the strings etc. I asked my wife to listen and she was amazed also. You can,t go wrong with the Ampeg SVT15E.

Good
