Feature:
OK, so it’s powered. That makes it easier to hook up. And it has direct inputs, and EQ. eh!
Quality:
Well made internally. Stupidest design on the planet.
Value:
There’s better stuff out there for better money. Do your homework.
Desirability:
Again, it’s clumsy, and the exterior is poorly designed.
Sound:
If you bother to hear this against other product out there, you would find that this speaker system does not really sound all that good. I compared my G2 15″ powered eons to JBL MR925′s and even a cheapo Carvin PA cabinet. The MR925 sounded better, and the Carvin sounded better than either. I have since dumped them, and haven’t looked back!!
Ease of Use:
Plug and play.
Support:
You can usually get a tech on the phone.
Overall:
I dumped mine. Go compare, and you’ll dump yours too.

The Electro-Voice SbA760 is a new generation of hi-power compact subwoofers. Designed to match EV’s Sx-series speakers, it s an ideal system extension for SxA100, SxA250, and SxA360 powered speakers. The SbA760 adds extended low frequency response to Sx300 and Sx100+ passive speakers driven by powered mixers. The state-of-the-art class H power amplifier module delivers 760 Watts RMS power to an EVS15FR 15 woofer. The audio performance and reliability of the amplifier is derived from the famous EV Precision series amplifiers. The Patented LPN (low-pass-notch) filter compensates for transient distortion of dynamic signals and allows, in combination with the PowerMax 12 crossover filter, the SbA760 to achieve a higher acoustic output than expected from a compact cabinet that size. The SbA760 includes a recessed pole mount and four casters for easy use and mobility.

built in limiter, speaker level input, XLR & TS inputs.
Quality:
Built like a tank.
Value:
A little pricey, but well worth it to add that deep bass to your PA.
Desirability:
It’s just a fuzzy box.
Sound:
Clear & Deep bass tones. Not as powerful as I expected, but still very good for our system. We play small to mid size clubs from 200 to 300 people.

The speaker level input allows you to use these subs without a crossover. Awesome!
Support:
JBL provided me with lots of email support for my config of my PA with these subs.
Overall:
For your first set of Subs for a PA system. These JBLs cannot be beat IMO.
