Quality:
My only complaint with this product is the supplied sticky substance used to connect the pick up to the soundboard. I have only had the pick up for a year now and it has already started to break free from the wood of my guitar. I am hoping that it will stay in place but if not I will look for something a little stronger.
Sound:
The mic is a great addition to the Matrix pick up system. I tend to blend in the mic while finger picking but generally stick with the matrix for louder settings as the mic is quite sensitive and will feedback.
Ease of Use:
I love this pick up but the condensor mic can be a pain to deal with. I have attempted to position it in different areas but the gooseneck will not hold. With a little work I have been able to find the sweet spot but the neck could stand to be a little stronger.

Sound:
I have one of these pickups on each of my three acoustic guitars. I initially put one on my baby taylor and it made it sound so good plugged in that I had them installed on both of my Martins. It’s the best pick-up you can find for the price and when you combine it with the lr baggs para DI you can really tweak the sound a good bit.
Overall:
I’ve been using I-Beam pick-ups for about 4 years now and will continue to use them.
The Super Natural Plus is just what it’s name implies – it goes beyond ordinary-sounding pickups with incredibly crisp treble and tight bass response, and patented 60-cycle hum reduction. This combination allows acoustic players to deal with real-world situations where feedback and weak sound can be major problems.

For a pop in,Iwas very suprised at the tone.I thought I’d have to butcher another guitar to amplify, but no,its really good! The sponge allows you to control whether you accent the bass or the treble, just by the angle you choose to install it.no drilling,no equaliser.Makes an acoustic sound like an acoustic. Pleasantly suprised!

Simple to use volume and tone controls neatly hidden just underneath the sound hole.
Quality:
Super high quality. Well thought out. Sturdy design. I’m sure it will outlast the guitar.
Value:
Worth every penny.
Desirability:
Does not interfere with the look of the guitar because all parts are hidden from view. Brilliant design.
Sound:
Simply put, this thing sounds awesome! I did the install myself into a Fender Telecoustic that I almost gave up on. The guitar went from sounding mediocre to stunning. Easy install and brilliant sounding. Good enough to record direct from the guitar. I couldn’t be happier.
Ease of Use:
Not much learning curve. Just dial in your EQ to get the sound that you want. It just sounds great at any setting. I like it bright but if warm or dark is your taste there is plenty of that too.
Support:
Didn’t need any support. Downloaded the installation instructions from Fishman site and less than an hour later I was stunned by the sound coming out of my guitar.
Overall:
There is nothing that I don’t like about it. I would replace with the same one if anything happened to it.
The Wave-Length combines a thin, piezo under-saddle transducer with an 18v, low-noise, high input impedance preamp, to create a system with twice the dynamic range of typical 9v systems. The 18v preamp is powered by two “AA” batteries. With 18 volts, your signal has more headroom, so hard strumming won’t distort as easily. The preamp has an input for a second source, like a magnetic pickup or a soundboard transducer.

Feature:
The pickup volumn control sliders works superbly.
Quality:
It’s a very well made product. Even the “foam” that fits at the outer edges of the pickup apears to be a very high quality foam. The cord is very long, which is great. And it’s also very flexible.
Value:
This product, as far as I am concerned, is worth more than what it sells for.
Desirability:
It also have an excellent “cosmetic” design to it. The DiMarzio logo and the smooth curved ends gives it a very good look when it is install into my Martin D-35 Acoustic Guitar and again, the “sound” from it is spectacular.
Sound:
Superb sound quality. Very “spacious” sound. From very clean lows, very clean mid-range to very clean highs. This pickup does it all extremely well.
Ease of Use:
Very easy product to install and use. Extremely small learning curve. I was up and running in under 2 minutes.
Support:
The DiMarzio Corporation is very easy to reach and discuss any “issues”. Excellent customer service.
Overall:
I’ll be using it until it it “dies” and the way it has been superbly built, it may be many years befor I buy another pickup. As for it being lost or stolen; I would quickly order it again. I am very happy with it.
