Value:
Good value for the money, aside from the problems.

Sound:
Sound is decent/average. The MO6 has better sounds.

Support:
Some people claim to have had their screens fixed for free. Others have had to pay full repair costs. It seems there isn’t a set guide line for this COMMON issue. All depends on your mood and the customer service rep’s mood.

Overall:
If it wasn’t plagued by that horrid screen failure, It would get a 8.

This thing has great sound!I have a ton of keyboards from yamaha but this is one has the best sound.I always bring this thing on tour and it is perfect for the type of music style I do which is ROCK!

Ease of Use:
This thing is easy to use like when I got it I started to play it right out of the box this is a great feature and the best thing is it is portable.

Support:
I have never had to get support or had a problem with my keyboad but if I did need support I think the support would be great to.

Overall:
