Feature:
This bass has two volume, and two control nobs, making it very easy to change your sound without needing any other effects. The ickups run on a 9volt battery, which gives them so much power that it is so easy to play beyond your band.
Quality:
The quality is amazing. An example: I tuned my base when i first got it (it was basically in tune already) and I have only had to tune it about 2 or 3 times in the last 6 months.
Value:
If i were the maker of this bass, i would sell it for at least $1000. That just shows the value you get on this bass.
Desirability:
This edgy shape and cool fretboard inlays (not to mention the ruby eyed skull knobs) make this base have such greet street appeal.
Sound:
The sound quality of this bass is amazing. It has far exceeded my expectations. I have owned and played many and peavy epiphone basses ranging from 600-100 dollars and this is by far the best. The best part of this bass is sts sustain. The sustain of the open E string lasts longer than 3 times my fender strat and my gibson SG.
Ease of Use:
This base feels so good and comfortable, mostly because the action is at a perfect height. Playability is a 10, but i gave this a 9 because the odd shape makes it sometimes hard to move.
Support:
Great support. Very easy to contact dean. www.deanguitars.com
Overall:
I would recommend this bass to anyone, from beginner to pro musician. Great for any bassist.

Feature:
you can really make this bass sound like a guitar. The pickups arent to bad, but there really wasnt anything for the lows. Its a “bass” and thats what it lacked, “bass”.
Quality:
The product is steardy, the knobs for tone, volume, and the others could come off alittle to easily if you turned it hard or sumthin. The bass stays in tune though. And its a nice looking bass =]
Value:
Making a bass sound like a guitar is cool. But making a bass sound like a bass is whats important.
Desirability:
at first i wanted it but then after palying it i 100% dont.
Sound:
I read all the revies on this bass and i went to play it at guitar center, well lets just say it had similar sound qualities of one of those squire beginner pack basses that comes with an amp and all that shyt. My $200 Ibanez really whoops on this bass when it comes to sound and my ibanez is just a Decent bass. I spent forever trying to get the peavey lows sound full even on an ampeg 2×15 and a $800 ampeg head and it just wasnt happening. The mids both lo and hi were actually not to bad. You can make this bass sound close to a guitar, but the lows just are so weak. Maybe it was the strings but i doubt it. Not a good bass for SLAP and POP
Ease of Use:
you can modify the sound pretty easily. The neck was smooth and easy on your fingers.

Quality:
It’s no boutique instrument, but it seems rather sturdy, and it hasn’t gone out of tune on me yet. For the price, I am very impressed with the build quality.
Value:
I never would have bought another bass in this price range, but after reading a lot of reviews (most of which were very positive), I decided to give it a try, and I’ve been blown away. I’ve definitely played better fretless basses, but I’ve never seen anything close to this level of quality for under $300. I’m extremely pleased.
Sound:
Haven’t really spent more than a few minutes with it plugged in. I’ve been trying to adjust from fretted, so mostly playing it unplugged to learn its feel & character.
Ease of Use:
Playing fretless has been easier to adjust to than I would have thought. No complaints in the playability on this bass yet.
Support:
Hven’t used it.
