The coil tap switch is excellent to have. I wired the Duncans to split the coils in an unusual way and this puppy just sings. The woods selected are excellent as is the hardware. Just NO setup issues on this guitar at all, it’s perfect.
Quality:
I give it a ten, and I’ve owned Fender, Gibson, and Taylor US-made and custom shop stuff. It’s as good if not better than anything I own.
Value:
Worth more than I paid for it.
Desirability:
The quilt top and finish really make this one stand out.
Sound:
I give it a 9 only because the pickups that come with it are not quite as good as I’d like. I spent another $140 on Duncans and the thing has become an “11″ as far as tone. The woods, mahogany and maple, along with the rosewood fingerboard, just give this guitar the sweetest, most unique sound of any I own. I love playing it. The fingerboard and action are just superb, and as others have said, there are no dead spots, every note rings clear and sweet.

This is one I really think I’ll never sell.

This plugin has never given me issues, in fact, everything I’ve tried from Izotope has been flawless, great company with an amazing track record!
Value:
You’d be foolish to pass this plug up for some overpriced, poor-supported “noi-Z”. The features and sound quality for the price are worth it.
Desirability:
Izotope had a little contest to use the plug to create “images” from the spectrogram of the wave forms…having the spectrogram overlaid on the waveform made it look very cool, and furthermore, easy to interpret!
Sound:
I’ve been able to salvage some clients wedding videos and clean live performance takes…The key to this plugin is doing multiple light passes, with many A/B’s. You can get some amazing results, but not CEDAR level (which would be 10).
Ease of Use:
Depends on how good your ears are and your experience with audio restoration is, but the controls and parameters are clearly laid out and the accompanying .pdf manual is very easy to read/follow.
